Please check your settings in the Emergency app and on your device/phone.
Check Emergency App
- Open Emergency app
- Navigate to the locations tab
- Click on the location that you would like to check the settings for
- Click "View Location"
- Click the cog/wheel on the top right
- Click "Set Up Alerts"
- Tap on "Advanced Options" under your chosen alert type
- Ensure that "show notifications" is on
Check your device/phone settings
- Navigate to your device settings
- Click "Notifications"
- Under the "recently sent" section click "more"
- Use the search feature on the top right to search for "Emergency"
- Click "notification categories"
- In the list, click on the specific event type you wish to check
- Check that notifications are toggled to on in the following screen
