Delivery of an alert consists of 3 components:
- A push notification to your device
- The Red Cross notification sound
- The alert itself presented on the Alerts tab
With each person or place you set up to monitor, you’ll have the ability to customize which events you receive notifications for and whether they make sound. Please see how to do this below:
- Navigate to the Locations tab
- Click on the location that you would like to check the settings for
- Click "View Location"
- Click the cog/wheel on the top right
- Click "Set Up Alerts"
Here you can toggle major alert types on and off. If you follow the below instructions, you can customize your alerts further:
Tap on "Advanced Options" under your chosen alert type. Configure the settings as you prefer.
