How can I provide feedback, get support, and keep up to date with the App?

To submit feedback, follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to the info tab
  2. Click "Report An Issue"
  3. Fill out your name and email address and describe your issue

You can also submit feedback from the alerts detail screen. Please follow these steps to do that:

  1. Navigate to the alerts tab
  2. Click on "Details and Next Steps" under the alert you would like to report
  3. Click on "Report This Alert" at the bottom of the screen

When filing reports, please include as much information as possible. This includes screenshots and recordings, please also leave the attachments in place so that they can be analyzed.
