- Go to the Info tab.
- Scroll down and tap Report an Issue.
- Fill out your name, email address and describe your issue.
Our team can assist with technical questions and issues related to the Emergency App. If your message is about the app, we will do our best to respond within 72 hours. Please note that response times may be longer during major holidays.
