I'm Not Receiving Notifications: iOS

Please check your settings in the Emergency app and on your device/phone.

Check Emergency app

• Open Emergency app
• Navigate to the locations tab
• Click on the location that you would like to check the settings for
• Click "View Location"
• Click the picture of the cog on the top right
• Click "Set Up Alerts"
• Tap on "Advanced Options" under your chosen alert type
• Ensure that "show notifications" is on

Check your Device / Phone Settings

• Navigate to your device settings
• Scroll down and click on the Emergency app button
• Click "Notifications"
• Ensure that "Allow Notifications" is toggled to the on position
• On this screen you can also allow "Critical Alerts". This is where certain alerts can still come through even when do not disturb is turned on.
