Please check your settings in the Emergency app and on your device/phone.
Check Emergency app
- Open Emergency app
- Navigate to the locations tab
- Click on the location that you would like to check the settings for
- Click "View Location"
- Click the picture of the cog on the top right
- Click "Set Up Alerts"
- Tap on "Advanced Options" under your chosen alert type
- Ensure that "show notifications" is on
Check your Device / Phone Settings
- Navigate to your device settings
- Scroll down and click on the Emergency app button
- Click "Notifications"
- Ensure that "Allow Notifications" is toggled to the on position
- On this screen you can also allow "Critical Alerts". This is where certain alerts can still come through even when do not disturb is turned on.
